Preferred Scenarios
Welcome to the scenarios page. This page will host the preferred design scenarios for the project for all three water bodies (Echo Lake, Franz Pond, and Swift Run).
Preferred scenario refers to the 'final recommendation' or 'future project'. Below includes the six scenarios most recently presented to the public on October 3, 2022. These scenarios are being evaluated based on a set of social, environmental, and economic impact criteria by city staff, the consultant team, and the citizen lead project task force. A preferred scenario for each water body will be selected for review and consideration by city leadership and ODNR.
